This program of sessions is called "Changing Limiting Beliefs" and uses the Rob Kelly "Dream" Technique. It’s a training program that will help you to recognise limiting or damaging belief systems that hold you back and allow YOU to change them for good.

So what is a "Limiting Belief System"? Well it’s a set of beliefs that can have an incredibly negative or damaging effect on your life. It’s for those people who would like to take control of their life.

The important thing is that people who undergo this training program are referred to as either "TRAINEES" or "STUDENTS" but definitely not "CLIENTS". That is because this is not therapy - it is a TRAINING PROGRAM.

Overview of the Training Program

We empower you, we have fun and pack in a lot of information. YOU can discover more about you, what makes you tick, what creates your self-esteem and why you have particular habits/problems/symptoms. You will -

  • Understand how your belief systems are formed and why they have such an impact on you, your life and your decisions – and how you can make them work for you!
  • Gain valuable insight into your thought processes and how to make them work for you not against you,
  • Recognise your own negative thoughts, how they are limiting your life – and how you can change them!
  • Discover how your mind works and the mind/body connection,
  • Learn how to manage your thinking – and how to use this knowledge to control your thoughts and conquer your anxieties,
  • Enjoy doing things you have always wanted to but previously thought were impossible for you to achieve,
  • Discover more about your personality and personality style(s) – and how you can use your strengths and weaknesses to achieve what you desire,
  • Embark upon a journey that allows you to discover so much about yourself.

N.B. The training programme includes an interactive and informative work book to read through and complete in between the sessions. There is a charge of £20 for the workbook which is payable at the end of the initial session, providing you are happy to proceed with the programme.
